I understand
free-improvisation as an emergent process driven by curiosity, deep listening,
a non-hierarchical structure.

In the daily living experience in cooking, in making objects, finding possibilities, organising space, or drawing and making collages.
I tend to not follow recipes or make plans, it's a trial and error process of constant learning.

Sound making and performance happened as other creative explorations did.

Much like a child,
I found myself free-improvising with others, and on my own, without knowing what I was doing - it simply emerged.

It is a nourishing and mysterious way of connecting.

With self, others, and nature.
